The subject addresses the importance of nutrition from birth to the age of 2 years for both the child and the mother. It is known that what the mother eats in pregnancy defines the health of the future adult, and since the intrauterine life, the risks to which the genetics predisposes us may be limited or kept under control.

The aim of the topic is to expose the risks that can be kept under control with the right nutrition of the child’s life but also how the baby’s feeding from the age of 6 months is defining for adulthood health.
